Thoughts/Emerging Adulthood Lesson Plan

YAY! Its Friday.
This week had a major turnaround and I am very happy with the outcome. I get to hang out with my family this weekend and my Bestie (Titi) will be celebrating Easter with us. :)

This week I have been trying to complete my project that I was assigned at the beginning of the semester and adding interesting insight on it. I am being stubborn because I am waiting until the last week to put it completely together. I feel like I will have more information to put in it so I am going to wait...but it's almost finished.

I am also looking to finish my portfolio and final project that is due too. I have been trying to balance my time. Working on these at night and the internship during my regular hours it can get pretty intense. Sometimes I feel like people don't understand the amount of work that this last semester has given me. It seriously is like a full time job and I don't have the option of skipping. Ha! I am a big kid now, and I work hard at what I do. Although Confucius says, "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. So I am enjoying my internship and workload thank you very much!

I have gotten myself into yet ANOTHER project! I want to do some research on Emerging Adulthood and make a mock lesson plan for my final internship project.

This past week I have been getting my thoughts together in trying to find the perfect ending to my internship. I have been interested in this topic for awhile and have found that I experience emerging adulthood in everyday life, either it being with my peers or even just myself.

My time is running out and it makes me sad. I wish this could be a paid full time job, because I have learned so much about people, that it amazes me. It has helped me grow as a person and I wouldn't have had it any other way. I will miss it when this comes to the end but I will be moving on to bigger and greater things.

I will update you more on my lesson plan/research here within a couple days.
Have a blessed weekend and be safe if you are traveling,
Jessi
