I am happy to say that today is Thursday! I have been busy booking appointments with local agencies, going to different presentations and still trying to keep focused on my Women Against Violence class. WOWZA.
The presentation that I went to yesterday made a lot of sense and opened my mind to alot of different issues that are present in society today. As you noticed in my title of the blog it has to do with sociopaths. I was in for a treat when I got to listen to Mary Todd speak on the dangers of dating and what to watch out for. She touched on many issues such as abusive relationships, rape among women, date rape and my favorite topic of the presentation was looking out for the sociopath. I have seen these types of people in my college career and know that they do exist.
I do not want to copyright what she has to say about the sociopath so I will re-direct you to her blog so you can read the signs-I was seriously scared after listening to what she had to say because alot of the signs seem to be normal in my opinion. Getting compliments sholdn't be an issue but it depends on the other actions that they may be showing-Check it out-there is some great info and if you want to learn more you should hit up the Womens Center!
